INGREDIENTS
1 ripe mango
3-4 Kale leaves
1 lemon, juiced
1 dash of cayenne
1 cup water
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, add the mango and half the lemon juice.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Pour mango mixture into the bottom of 2 glasses.
- Next, roughly tear the kale into chunks, add to blender with the remaining lemon, water & cayenne.
- Pulse until there a no large pieces remaining.
- Pour over the mango for fancy looking smoothie.
- May be mixed together before drinking.
